Exhibitions are organized at times on different themes pertaining to Indian Culture. These are generally put up as a supplement of some important programme for better understanding of the subject through visuals and other related objects. However, independent exhibitions are also ordained sometimes.
This week-long photographic exhibition was inaugurated on the occasion of Panchadasha Samvatsarotsava - Celebrating 15 Years of Jnana-Pravaha on the auspicious Ramanavami Day.
An Exhibition on Sketches of Yoginis by Mr. Edmundo Moure (Switzerland) was put up in collaboration with the Embassy of Switzerland, New Delhi and Kriti Gallery, Varanasi
This exhibition was put up at Jnana-Pravaha during the Ganga Mahotsava organized by the Department of U.P. Tourism.
The three-day exhibition was the point of attraction for tourists and people of Varanasi alike.
The four-day exhibition was organized in collaboration with the India International Centre in New Delhi.
Inaugurated by Prof. M. G. K. Menon, President, India International Centre, New Delhi in the presence of art connoisseurs like Dr. Kapila Vatsyayan, Dr. L. M. Singhvi, Shri Suresh Neotia and others.
The original antiquities and the works of present-day artists, including demonstrations on Varanasi textiles and jewellery, were projected. The ghats, temples, sculptures, terracottas, paintings, religious and secular buildings representing mini-India, and fairs and festivals, lilas, musicians, orientalists and other aspects of Kashi were projected through photographs. In addition, special attraction was the typical Banarasi recipe prepared by the cooks of Varanasi.
It projected the places associated with Tulasidas, especially the Hanuman Temples installed by him at Varanasi
Exhibition of daily use items with their names in Sanskrit.

Projected the important books and other writings of Prof. Agrawala in varied fields of Indian art, culture, history, religion, philosophy, Hindi literature and especially the Vedic studies. Photographs depicting life-style of Prof. Agrawala were also on view.
The photographs of important remains, destroyed or lost in Afghanistan, were downloaded for the exhibition put up during the International Conference on Buddhism and Gandhara Art.
